In our attempt to provide more information we want to demystify menopause and open the conversation regarding hormonal changes, body changes, changes to the pelvic floor and yes, we also need to make changes to our fitness programmes and nutrition to balance hormones and prepare and support women in this phase.

This event is for women of all ages and stages in life and with an interest in health and wellness. Women who want to learn more about their bodies and how they can prevent, reduce or recover pelvic floor and core dysfunction post partum, post surgery and when reaching menopause. This is a great opportunity for pre, menopausal, peri menopausal and early menopausal women to open the conversation around our menstrual cycles or for those struggling with hormonal imbalances and wanting to manage in a more natural and green way with nutrition.
