The day will include various speakers covering topics related to women’s health and our menstrual cycles, opening the conversation between women, mothers and daughters, pelvic floor dysfunctions related to our cycles and hormones and how we can balance our cycle and hormones with diet and “greening” our cycles. You will receive discount coupons from various sponsors and brands we love and who loves supporting women’s health, lucky draws, health smoothie on the day and we will end with a glass of wine while asking and answering questions.
This event is for women of all ages and stages in life with an interest in health and wellness. Women who want to learn more about their bodies and how they can prevent, reduce or recover pelvic floor and core dysfunction post partum, post surgery and when reaching meno pause. This is a great opportunity for mothers with teenager daughters to assist in opening the conversation around our menstrual cycles or those struggling with hormonal imbalances and wanting to manage, track and understand their cycles in a more natural and green way.
Space is limited. To book your seat contact: shirley@kegelsandkarma.co.za or book online:
